14 Days National Parks Safari

Arrival/Arusha
After a long flight to Tanzania, we assume that our guests are tired. So on this first day will only transfer
you to the lodge for a rest. A free town tour can be arranged on request. All meals and overnight will be
at Ambureni coffee lodge.

Arusha National Park      
After breakfast drive to Arusha national park for a game drive with a picnic lunch. This park has lots of
giraffes, antelopes, dik-dik, bushbuck, blue monkey, black and white colobus monkey in this park. It is
also the best place to view Mount Kilimanjaro (the highest mountain in Africa) after lunch you do a
canoe ride in Lake Momela to experience wildlife while in a canoe with chances to see the pink
flamingos. You will then return to Ambureni coffee lodge for diner and overnight.

Lake Manyara National park
After breakfast drive to lake Manyara national for the game with a picnic lunch. In this small but very
beautiful park with the dense forest, you will have the opportunity to see lots of monkeys, giraffes,
elephants, impalas, dik-dik, flamingos in the lake, and if you are lucky you may spot the rare tree-
climbing lions. You will later return to Rift valley lodge for dinner. After dinner, you will depart for a
night game drive in Lake Manyara national park to have chances to see animals that are hardly seen in
daylight like porcupines, pangolins, bushbabies white mongoose, etc.  Overnight will be at Burudika
lodge.

Lake Natron
After breakfast drive across the only active volcano in East Africa, Oldonyo Lengai (Mountain of God)
towards Lake Natron. On the way, you will see lots of amazing landscapes and the very traditional
Maasai, which are not yet spoiled by tourists (although this route will take you to Serengeti, It is not a

popular tourist route and you will not see many tourists on this route). You will then continue to lake
Natron Maasai giraffe lodge for dinner and overnight.

Lake Natron     

Morning hike to Lake Natron to see Flamingos (Lake Natron is the ONLY breeding site of Flamingos in
East Africa) and in August one can be lucky to see over two million Flamingos in this Lake. Lunch will be
at the camp and then in the afternoon, you will do a walk to Lake Natron waterfall for a shower/bath
(this big waterfall is the main source of water in the lake). Dinner and overnight will be at Lake Natron
Maasai giraffe lodge.

Serengeti National Park (North)
After breakfast drive to the North Serengeti with a picnic lunch, then continue with fame drive in North
Serengeti. In this area, you will have high chances to see the great migration (estimated to reach
3,000,000 animals now) crossing the Mara river while the crocodiles in the river try to attack them. All
meals and overnight will be at Serengeti heritage camp.

Serengeti National park (North)

Morning and afternoon game drives in North Serengeti along the Mara River with early departure
exploring the great migration crossing the Mara River. All meals and overnight will be at Serengeti
heritage camp

Serengeti National Park (Central)
After breakfast drive to Serengeti Mbuguni camp for lunch. After lunch depart for an afternoon game
drive in Serengeti national park. In this park, you will have the opportunity to see the big pride of lions,
cheetahs, leopards, giraffes, and other wildlife. In the late afternoon and, you will return to Serengeti
Embalakai tented camp for dinner and overnight.

Serengeti National Park (Central)
Early morning game drive (with picnic breakfast) trying to look for hunting lions, leopards, or cheetahs.
Hot lunch at the lodge then departs for an afternoon game drive.
All meals and overnight will be at Serengeti Embalakai camp.

Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, depart with a picnic lunch and drive to Ngorongoro Crater for a full day of game
drive. The crater has a good number of lions and cheetahs, and it is another good place to see the rare
black rhino. In the late afternoon, you will continue to Ngorongoro rhino lodge on the rim of the crater
for dinner and overnight.

Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, you will drive to Empakai crater for hiking accompanied by an armed ranger/guide. This
is a great opportunity to learn about different plants with their medicinal uses, animal tracks, and
insects (a great opportunity for stretching after several days of seating in the vehicle). You also have
good chances to see pink flamingos in the little lake in the Empakai crater. In the late afternoon, you will
continue to Eileen’s inn for dinner and overnight.

Lake Eyasi
Early breakfast, then drive Lake Eyasi to visit the hunting Bushmen (the Hadzabe) and hunt with them if
interested. These are the most traditional people in Tanzania whose lives fully depend on hunting and
gathering. You will then visit the Datoga tribe to see the way they make their hand-made tools. After
your picnic lunch, you will return to Eileen’s trees inn for dinner and overnight.

Tarangire National park

After breakfast depart for Tarangire, Tanzania’s third-largest national park and sanctuary for an
unusually large elephant population for game drive, with a picnic lunch. Majestic baobab trees are an
interesting feature of the park, dwarfing the animals that feed beneath them. Animals concentrate
along the Tarangire River, which provides the only permanent water supply in the area. There is a great
diversity of wildlife including lions, leopards cheetahs, and up to six thousand elephants. In the late
afternoon, you will continue to Tarangire Sangaiwe lodge for dinner and overnight.
Departure
After breakfast you will be transferred to the airport for your flight bac home.
