TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- BOOKINGS
A deposit of 30% of the total cost of the safari shall be required for any booking not later than 30 days before the date of the safari, to reserve bookings. - PAYMENT
All safaris must be fully paid before commencement of the safari and an invoice is issued. - PRICES
These include all expenses as outlined in the Itineraries. We offer full tour packages, and therefore no extra payments outside the stated prices in the tour packages. - CANCELLATION
In case a booking is cancelled the following cancellation fees shall apply:- NO SHOW – 100%
- 1-7 DAYS BEFORE SAFARI – 75%
- 7-14 DAYS BEFORE SAFARI – 50%
- 14 DAYS – 30 DAYS – 25%
- ABOVE 30 DAYS – FREE
